KEY ELEMENTS:

STRUCTURAL: 150mm Concrete Slab, 200mm Precast Concrete panels.

MIDFLOOR: Concrete beam and Stahlton 175mm rib with 100mm insitu slab.

CLADDING: Precast Panels, Metalcraft metdek 500.and James Hardie AXON panels.

CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS

During 2022, trade cost increased drastically. Before the project started, we

locked in the price with our subcontractor by fixed price contract.

During construction, minor structural steel design was changed and passive fire

details added. We liaised with all parties; architect, structural engineer, fire

engineer, project manager and subcontractor frequently and positively to minimise

the EOT and the additional cost.
