CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS
The soil/clay at this site was in poor condition, unable to provide sufficient support for the building, and there was a product shortage of GIB Barrierline. To address these
challenges, we liaised with the developer, structural engineer, and architect, and made necessary amendments to the drawings before commencing the project. Despite these
hurdles, we are confident that we will successfully complete the project as per the planned schedule.
