CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS
During the lockdown, there was a shortage of construction materials, and their cost was increasing. To minimize the influence of the long lead times and cost escalation, we preordered the materials. By doing so, we aimed to secure the necessary supplies in advance. In the end, we managed to complete the job as per the programmed
schedule.
The client had requested a high-spec interior fitout. We frequently liaised with
both the client and subcontractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality
houses.
