This project was one of Housing New Zealand's significant jobs and held great importance for the local community. As construction progressed, we encountered a total of 164 variations due to design issues.

However, V-Pro demonstrated a proactive approach and actively engaged in negotiations with Build Partner to effectively overcome and manage these variation works.
